How did your journey at Netier begin?

I started on the service desk as part of Netier’s first expansion into Brisbane. It was an exciting opportunity to help build something from the ground up and be part of a growing presence in a new city. That foundation gave me exposure to a wide range of challenges early on, which really accelerated my learning.

What drew you to Netier, and how has it shaped your growth?

What drew me in was the people. The team culture stood out immediately. There’s a real sense of collaboration and shared drive to improve. That environment has shaped how I work and how I approach growth. Being surrounded by motivated people who are always looking to get better has inspired me to keep pushing myself too.

How do your personal passions align with your work at Netier?

I enjoy helping people whether that’s through solving technical issues, streamlining systems, or mentoring team members. I get a lot of satisfaction from making someone’s day easier or helping them learn something new. That sense of purpose aligns perfectly with the work we do here every day.

What has been your most fulfilling experience at Netier?

One of the most fulfilling parts of my role has been taking customers on a technology improvement journey. Being able to guide them through change, implement solutions that really make a difference, and then see the impact is incredibly rewarding. It’s not just about IT fixes; it’s about driving success for their business.

How has your role allowed you to grow?

I’ve grown significantly since joining, starting as a service technician, then moving into project engineering, and now leading a team. That growth didn’t happen in isolation, Netier supported me with ongoing mentoring, training, and opportunities to step up. It’s been a constant journey of development.
