With a strong and dedicated Learning and Development team, our team is encouraged to participate in continuous learning with a tailored roadmap, wellness workshops, culture building workshops, and to use resources such as TELUS Health EAP – a program for counselling, as well as free gym memberships with our partner company, Eighty8.
Our team also loves to get involved in internal events where everyone gets to enjoy some quality team bonding time – from Netier’s birthday parties, to Christmas parties, Men’s Health Week, Women’s Health Week, annual bake offs, Hands Across Canberra Fun Run, and of course, team pickleball and pilates.
A notable mention – every staff member receives a designated Wellbeing Day for a chance to relax, rewind and reflect!
While we love a good celebration, we also love to reward our hardworking team and recognise those efforts with Employee of the Quarter and Employee of the Year awards which get announced at team events to encourage healthy competition and build camaraderie.

Giving Back to the Community
This past year, the Netier team has participated in various volunteering and charity initiatives, and donated to local organisations such as Hands Across Canberra, Supertee, Lifeline, Pegasus Riding for The Disabled, Make-a-Wish Australia Foundation, Menslink, Karinya House, and One Tree Planted.
As much as we love to celebrate our successes, we believe having our wider team share those successes, time, and a helping hand with local communities is important and reminds us why we do what we do.
Sustainability
At Netier, we recognise that although we have a responsibility to care for our valued clients and partner communities, we also have a responsibility to care for the earth.
This past year, we partnered with the Earth Day organisation, celebrated Earth Day, and planted trees for every piece of client feedback we received with our partner OneTreePlanted.
We are proud to say that we have planted over 1400 trees this past year!
