I started my journey at Netier as a Marketing and Events Coordinator—a role that perfectly combined my passion for creativity, organisation, and bringing people together. Coming into Netier, I knew I’d be joining a company with a strong reputation for growth, collaboration and does Whatever IT Takes. What I didn’t expect was just how much I would grow both personally and professionally.

Art has always been my way of expressing myself, and it fuels my passion for storytelling—a skill I bring into every marketing campaign.
Being an artist has taught me the value of perspective, attention to detail, and the importance of connecting emotionally with an audience. These same principles guide my work at Netier. Just as art tells a story through combining lines, textures and colour, a marketing campaign tells a story through visuals, words, and strategy. In both art and marketing, the goal is the same: to inspire, engage, and leave a lasting impression.
Thriving Through Challenges and Opportunities
Every day at Netier is different, and that is what makes it so exciting. One of my proudest moments was being involved in the SweatIT 4 Supertee charity event; I worked closely with our teams across Canberra to ensure our support was impactful. To further our impact, we also launched limited-edition Netier Pink Caps. Witnessing the passion everyone brought to helping sick children and their families reaffirmed what makes Netier truly special—our commitment to community and making a difference.
Another highlight of my journey was leading the 2023 Netier Technology Fellowship. This mentoring initiative, themed Effect Change, provided incredible young minds a platform to showcase their skills, problem-solving techniques, and creativity. I was involved in every step of the way, from running the event to designing our limited-edition t-shirt. I flaunted my art skills when designing the t-shirt, and it was so much fun!
In addition to events, I’ve had the privilege of creating a Great Place to Work marketing campaign to highlight one of Netier’s most meaningful certifications. From executing detailed plans to crafting SEO-driven campaigns, each project has allowed me to sharpen my skills and deliver impactful results. Whether designing social media graphics, writing blogs that embody Netier’s voice, or collaborating on strategies, every task adds to my personal growth and sense of fulfilment.
