Providing young minds the opportunity to showcase their skills, problem-solving techniques, and creativity.
Girls on Track is a global event that empowers and educates young women in the industries of motorsport, technology and engineering. Before 2022, Girls on Track was in every state of Australia except Canberra. With our focus and commitment to driving change in the technology space, especially around female engagement in the industry, we did everything we could to bring this event to Canberra. After back-and-forth conversations for over 4 years, in April 2022, Girls on Track – INSPIRE finally came to Canberra and was a sold-out sensation. This event gave girls aged 8-15 years old the unique opportunity to explore the motorsport world through fun activities, including a pit stop and simulator challenges.
Girls on Track returned for the second time in 2023, and expanded on last year’s INSPIRE event to include their new PATHWAYS program focused on young women aged 15-22. This event is for those who want to learn more about the various roles in the motorsport industry and how they can get their kickstart their career.

The Netier Fellowship Program is Netier’s latest mentoring initiative that gives our bright and incredible young minds the opportunity to showcase their skills, problem-solving techniques, and creativity. The winner of this program will have the chance to learn from skilled Netier mentors to help nurture their passion for tech and provide guidance, support, and advice to help them develop in their professional future.
The purpose of this program is to encourage and inspire young people to explore their interests in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) fields. Besides that, it is a way to promote diversity and inclusion in STEM fields by encouraging underrepresented groups of students to participate and providing opportunities for them to succeed.
For 2023, our theme is Effect Change with Technology. Whether for the environment, equality, minority groups or our daily lives. Use technology to bring about positive change.
